Use this DIY printable pack to help your child create their very own costume!

Beep Beep! Costume coming through!  All you’ll need is a cardboard box, paint, and a few more tools listed below to create this adorable DIY mail truck. 

Note: Adult helper required (this project requires cutting!)

You can take many routes to create this costume; below, you’ll find basic instructions, but let creativity be your GPS!

Make the Truck Body

Seal the cardboard box with packing or masking tape to make it more sturdy as you cut. Decide which end will be the front of your truck and which will be the back.

2. Next, make the armholes. Use a box cutter to cut out a semicircle about 8-10″ in diameter on each side (about 3 inches from the back).

4. Next, create the angled hood. Draw a 45º angle on both sides of the box and cut it out using the box cutter.
