Print these 7 easy-to-use letters to stay in touch with grandparents.

How to play:

Encourage your kids to write to family members or friends that they can’t visit in person.

These letter prompts solve the “I don’t know what to say” problem while leaving lots of room for creativity. Writing letters (or drawing pictures) is also a great way to motivate writing and these prompts take the guess work out of where to start.

This provides 7 different letter prompts.

If you have time:

  • Send these templates to grandparents and others and encourage them to write back. This means the activity will keep going and your child will feel extra motivated to keep writing.
