This mess-free obstacle course is the perfect partner for your DIY Olympic Medals. Bring on the big movements and big fun!

What you need:

  1. Long string or thread

How to play:

  • String yarn throughout the house, creating an obstacle course with its path (keeping in mind that your child will be following where the string goes, so safety first!)

  • Challenge your child to step only on the string, following it from beginning to end.

  • Time how long it takes them to complete the course, then have them repeat it to see if they can beat their own record!

Play tip:

  1. This game can work for multiple ages. Older children can time their younger siblings, or complete the course on tiptoes for an extra challenge.
