How to play:
Ask your child to choose a study buddy from their favorite toys.
Have your child choose their nameplate and write their name on it (with a little help if needed). They can pick a nameplate for their study buddy, too!
Cut out the “Class in Session” and “Quiet Time” signs. Glue them together to create a flip board. Punch a hole in the top, and use yarn or string to hang the flip board in a spot where your child can reach. Then, they can decide if it’s quiet time or if class is in session (win, win, win!)
Tips for playing:
Choose your own “study buddy” and make a nameplate for yourself! The more your work set up looks like their learning setup, the more exciting it is for them to be there!
Inspire creativity by encouraging your child to decorate their nameplate with drawings of things they want to learn about this year.
